She is referring to a barrel that was in the Great Tank at the Boston Aquarium. None of us could figure out why it was in there. Matt decided it was there to hold Mayor Quimby's bribe money. I thought it was for extra food for the fish. Sam thought it was a place for special fish to sleep. Matt's was the best explanation, partly because he used the Mayor Quimby voice for the next few minutes, which had me in stitches, and Sam more than a bit confused but amused nonetheless.
